6 Why do I need to substantiate my debit card expenses?
7/25/2016 Why do I need to substantiate my debit card expenses? Using your debit card is convenient, but we still need itemized receipts to approve. We know where you used your card and the amount you paid but we don’t know what you were reimbursed for or when you actually received the service. If a receipt is requested, we need an itemized receipt or Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) as documentation. Documentation can easily be uploaded on our mobile app, or online.
