2 <month year> doc.: IEEE <doc#> Summary This document describes the proposed resolution on the comments related to RIT mode (sub category of Low Energy subgroup), provided in e (LB53 Consolidated Comment Database). The following comments are addressed; CID# 704, 710, 711, 712, 714, 715, 717, 719, 720, 722, 820 and 1576. Page 2 <author>, <company>

3 Comment with proposed resolution as “Accept”
Proposed resolutions to the following comments are “Accept” CID# 704, 710, 711, 712, 714, 717 and 720 These are rather “editorial” and are no additional instructions required Revise as provided in “Proposed Change” CID# 715 Revised Figure (Figure 73.r) is provided in slide 4 (next slide). CID# 722 Revised Figure (Figure 73.r) is provided in slide 5.

4 Revision of Figure 73.q Resolution to CID #715
Insert description of timer

5 CID #719 Comment: “During what period?”
Proposed resolution: Accept in Principle At page 179 line 9, insert the underlined text as follows; "During macRitTxWaitTime period,…".

6 CID #820 Comment: “It is not clear why FCS_ERROR should be propagated to the NHL...” CID #1576 Comment: “don’t have enumeration of "FCS_ERROR" in this draft.” Proposed resolution for CID #820: Accept Delete FCS_ERROR. Detailed revising instructions regarding to the corresponding resolution are provided in the following slides. Proposed resolution for CID #1576: Accept “FCS_ERROR” will be removed by the comment resolution of CID #820

7 Revision related to resolution of CID #820 and #1576
MAC enumeration description Delete the whole section from the draft (page 17, line 5–7) LE-specific MAC sublayer service specification Delete the whole subclause (page 65, line 21 to page 66, line 18) Renumber the succeeding subclause ( > ) Periodical RIT data request transmission and reception Replace the second and third paragraph with the following; “Upon reception of frame after the transmission of RIT data request command, it notifies its arrival to the next higher layer by initiating corresponding indication primitive. At the completion of frame reception, the device may set macRitPeriod parameter to zero (RIT off) at the discretion of the next higher layer. If this is the case, it shall stop periodical transmission of RIT data request command and become always active until macRitPeriod parameter is set to non zero value by the next higher layer again. During this period (macRitPeriod equals to zero), all transactions shall be handled as those of normal non beacon-enabled PAN (macRxOnWhenIdle: False).”

8 Revision of Figure 73.r Resolution to CID #722 Insert space between
"exchangedata" Resolution to CID #820 and #1576 Remove sequence chart relating to MLME-FRAME-ERROR
