2 Incubator for social innovation
Social Cooperative Incubator for social innovation puts into history identity ethical values credibility contacts resources creating a CONNECTING STRUCTURE ITACA is a social cooperative based in pordenone that to celebrate its 20 years of experience, in 2012 opened FAB!, an incubator for social innovation open to unemployed people or people.

4 CYCLE That opens 2 calls per year in order to collect applications that are analyzed by a team of experts. The projects selected are accompanied in a process of development.

5 Participatory approach
ACADEMY PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT SVILUPPO DELLA PERSONA BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT Evaluation Analysis Training Counselling Coaching Tutoring Mentoring Condivision Connection Participatory approach During the first phase of Fab you go through a 100 days training period, called the Academy, where you learn how to develop tour skills and your business idea,

In this phase the youngsters involved in the LMM local youth initiative developed their outputs.

7 OUTPUTS ACTION 1: ACTION 2: PROMOTIONAL TOOLS SOCIAL IMPACT
They learned how to present themsemlves and their business idea in a pitch (elevator p. 2 min presentation) or a traditional ppoint. And how to measure the social impact of their ideas, matching objectives with possible stakeholders, and producing this kinf of document.

The audience reached was targeted after a methodological approach to analyze the youngsters’ local stakeholders Where they analyse their possible alliances. When you ahve the map of your stakeholders, if you convince them to support your idea, then you can realize something like this: 1 minuto
