Welcome to the annual reporting tutorial. This is a series of short videos that will walk you through how to fill out your annual report, as a program director. The first short video will cover all of the basics about the reporting platform and the subsequent videos will take you through each individual section of the report.

First I want to give you some background on my program of public health.
We have been accredited since 2008 and recently added the DrPH degree in academic year
We offer two concentrations: Epidemiology and Biostatistics and Health Systems Organization and Policy.
Both concentrations are offered with both degree levels.

You can find it by typing into your search bar, or click on the link in the CEPH sends to alert you that the platform is open.

6. Formatting Changes
As you may have noticed, CEPH has transitioned to a new website design. Due to that, your annual reporting platform may stylistically look different than some slides in this slide set. Do not worry! The same information is being collected, and the format has not changed, only the style.

7. Reporting Home Page
These are the 7 sections of the annual report. ASPPH also collects some of this same information (noted with stars) through its annual report, so to reduce the reporting burden, we allow ASPPH members to report this information once to ASPPH and then it is shared with CEPH.
