1. Fast Plants Brassica rapa (broccoli, cabbage, turnips and cauliflowers are also brassicas).

2. Wet the wick thoroughly in tap water.
Thread a small wick through the hole in
the bottom of each pot.

3. 2. Fill each pot with potting mix until
It is level with the top of the container.
Do NOT pack the potting mix down.

4. 3. Place 8 fertilizer pellets in the soil.
Distribute them evenly throughout the soil.

5. 4. Gently pour water over the potting mix
until it runs out the bottom of the pot.

6. 5. Place 4 seeds in a square pattern on top
of the wet soil. Distribute them evenly.
Do NOT press them down.

7. 6. Label the sides of the pot with the
numbers 1, 2, 3, and 4 to show which
plant is which.

8. 7. Cover the seeds with a thin layer of
Potting mix. Do NOT pack it down.
Fill reservoirs with water.

9. 8. Place the pots in the growing system.
Press the pots down so that the wick on
the bottom of each pot is touching the
wet water (BUT DO NOT PRESS THE
POTTING MIX).

10. 8. Place each growing system into the
plant light house. Prop the growing
systems up so the top of the pots is 10 cm
below the light. Turn on the light, and
leave it on 24 hours a day. Replenish the
water often, and monitor the temperature.
