Methodology Manual does not cover dissemination policy and implementation as it does for the A64 data Rules regarding treatment of confidential data European Statistics Code of Practice requires equal treatment of all user groups Otherwise, Transparency Regulation 1049/2001 unless exceptions apply

5 Access to CIRCABC

6 What is CIRCABC ? CIRCABC (Communication and Information Resource Centre for Administrations, Businesses and Citizens) is the central repository for all type of documents used by the different working groups within the European Institutions. Documents are organized around Interest Groups and access it given to a user for documents of a specific Interest Group.

7 Two different CIRCABC Interest Groups
A64&A65WG (Correction Coefficients and Remuneration Indicators) – Restricted Library folder "Documents from meeting of A64&A65WG" (created for the nominated delegates) A64&A65WG (Correction Coefficients and Remuneration Indicators) - Public Library folder "Documents from meeting of A64&A65WG" (currently empty pending meeting decision)

8 Restricted dissemination of documents
Documents and powerpoint presentations for the meeting are covered by Reg.1049/2001 exception 1 (decision in progress). They are NOT AUTHORISED FOR DISSEMINATION and only accessible from the restricted CIRCABC. Must not be communicated to anybody outside the Working Group not directly concerned in data supply. Not even to other departments of government

Page on Eurostat website which aims to provide an introduction to a statistical topic and links to further information, including methodology, data and reports The "Civil Servants Remuneration" pages were launched in November 2015

”Statistics Explained” is an official Eurostat website presenting all statistical topics in an easily understandable way. Together, the articles make up an encyclopedia of European statistics, completed by a glossary clarifying all terms used and by numerous links to further information and the very latest data and metadata, a portal for occasional and regular users alike.
