Includes all categories of the item that is being classified. The Principle of Classification is when the writer analyzes and presents the information. For example in a movie, there are several Principles of Organization: film type, period in which movie was made, audience type, character roles, etc. The Principle of Classification on a car: price categories: expensive, moderate, inexpensive. INTRODUCTION: Start with a definition of the topic Next, make some of your own remarks in general: whatever you agree or disagree with the definition, and add or subtract to the definition. Finally, write the thesis indicating the three (3) classifications you will write in the essay. BODY: Write a sentence for each category.
