In order to move to Tier 2 – evidence of DI in Tier 1 must be provided/documented.
After all the above is complete a meeting can be scheduled with the RTI team.

After Tier 2 is implemented for 6 to 8 weeks, review student progress.
Has growth been meet?
Is the intervention targeting the right skill?
Is the correct assessment tool being used for progress monitoring?

Any student who was in RTI at the end of previous school year.
Any student who has D and/or F consistently.
Any student who was retained the previous school year.
