9 Student Summary WVEIS Report
Accessible through WVEIS on the Web (WOW) Provides a roster of students with growth data Links to the individual student growth model report Teachers have available to them a student summary WVEIS report that can be accessed via WVEIS on the Web. This report provides educators with a roster of students with information in a spreadsheet as well as links to individual growth and achievement reports for each student. Let’s take a look at the report… Go to next slide

10 Teachers will have access to the Aggregate Class Report Data through WVEIS on the Web (WOW).
CLICK: In the Teacher View, the teacher can see the year and the course he or she teaches. CLICK: This report also shows the student’s scale scores on WESTEST 2 for the past three years for math and reading/language arts. CLICK: Plus, the teacher can see the performance levels (also called achievement levels) for math and RLA for the past three years. CLICK: This column shows the Student Growth Percentile. In this report, green represents high growth, yellow represents typical growth, and red represents low growth. CLICK: The last column shows the student’s Growth Status – whether the student is Catching Up or Not Catching Up. CLICK: Teachers can then access each student’s Individual Growth and Achievement Report by clicking on the hyperlinked Student ID in the first column.
