2. Throughout this PowerPoint, there
will be blue text that indicates an action. In order
to move through this PowerPoint you will need to
click on the blue shapes associated with the action of the
blue text. However, some pages do not have actions, in
that case you will simply click the blue “NEXT” arrow.

3. There are four charts on your audit.

4. The pie chart shows your progress
towards the 122 credit hour requirement.

5. The GPA thermometer gives you a
quick snapshot of your GPA on a 4.0 scale.

6. The bar chart shows your progress towards specific requirement areas.

7. You can click on a bar in the chart
to focus more on just that requirement.

8. Now you can see more detailed information about the requirement
you clicked on.

9. To get back to the full audit,
click on the word “Audit” above the pie chart.

10. If your major requires a specific
GPA, then this GPA chart will keep track of
that. If your major does not require a specific GPA
you will not see anything in this box.

11. After the charts,
you have the option to “Open All Sections” or “Close All Sections.” By default, all sections will be open unless you click on “Close All Sections.”

12. If you close all sections, your audit will look like this and you can open and close individual sections.

13. Click on the arrow next to individual requirements to open
just that requirement.

14. To close that requirement you just click it again.

15. Click on the arrow next to individual requirements to open
just that requirement.

16. If you need to print your audit or save it
as a PDF, you can open a printer friendly version
of your audit by clicking on “Printer Friendly”
under the GPA bar chart.
