4 Some Personal Milestones
June 7, 1956 – First birth July 25, 1973 – Second birth! May 19, 1975 – Marriage to the love of my life (followed by 3 children, 13 grandchildren!) December Major career change May 19, 1993 – Senior pastor leaves town December 5, 1993 – Hope Family Fellowship

6 HFF Vision Summary Challenge parents, especially fathers to be involved at home – don’t delegate your responsibility to anyone, including the church Include young people in the life of the church through age-integration not age-segregation We wanted a place where those that are displaced could be re-placed into a family of believers. Help move families from dysfunction to function

7 HFF Vision Summary Release people into creative ministry not guilt them into what the leadership wanted them to do Worship that included hymns that turned our focus to the Lord and His mighty work Prayer to be central not an afterthought The Word of God to be expounded practically Relationship not activity oriented Give away large amounts of money

17 Prayer Focus Thank You Lord for Your salvation, forgiveness, mercy and grace. Thank You for Your Holy Word to guide us and reveal such truth. Thank You for another day to learn, grow, and walk on with You.
