Steps to apply for the HP Partner Agreement

You will also see the steps to apply and find copies of the HP Partner Agreement.
Please take the time to read each of these steps. It will make your experience in completing the application go smoothly.

Copies of the HP Partner Agreement
Once you have read the associated agreements to the application, please Scroll down to the bottom and click on “CLICK HERE TO BEGIN THE APPLICATION PROCESS” Remember that you will have 15 minutes to submit it.

On this fields, select the option that fits your company´s type, uploading this information will greatly expedite your application. It will be requested during the process if not provided. You will see the Website email and applicant´s standards to apply
You will see the Website and applicant´s standards to apply. These are mandatory requirements for approval. Click on the check mark after you have read the requirements above, then click Submit.

Step 1 – HP Partner Portal Registration
Write the following information down in the event you have to log back onto the Partner Portal to complete the Application process. Create your User ID Create your Password

Enter your First & Last Name
Enter your address with the company domain Enter Yes or No for the ways for HP to Contact you. NOTE: You must answer all questions with an * (asterisk). If no information entered, you will receive an error message. Click on “Register New Partner Company”

If you get the below message, please click on “Register a New Company” and continue with the application

Enter Country Enter Company name [doing business as] Enter Address information Enter Tax ID [if applicable] Click on Continue REMINDER: You must answer all questions with an * (asterisk). If no information entered, you will receive an error message.

Types of Ownership Public Corporation: Identify owners of 20% or more class of shares and percentage of ownership. Identify officers and board of directors. Private Corporation: Identify shareholders with class percentages, officers and board of directors. Partnership: Enter all partners, officers and ownership information. Sole Proprietors: Enter owner, officers, and their percentages. NOTE: Next slide are examples of entering ownership information

Enter Business Owner Information Total must equal 100 Include: First Name Last Name Job Title Ownership % Do not enter ownership %’s as 25.5 – round up or down to ensure totals equal 100 Check the box “By submitting this registration….. – this means that you have accepted the HP Partner Agreement on behalf of your company. Click on “SubmitRegistration”

This is the confirmation you will receive that you have Successfully Registered.
Your application will be reviewed and processed in 3- 4 weeks. s can be sent to for questions regarding the status of your application.

This is the confirmation you will receive from HP that your application has been submitted and received. Please save this in the event we are unable to locate your application within our system.
