(A) Internal annuloplasty with use of a 28-mm Gelweave graft ring (Terumo, Tokyo, Japan) (width, 7 mm) sutured internally beneath the pulmonary annulus with 13 pledgetted 2-0 Ti-Cron mattress sutures, pledgets being placed above the pulmonary annulus. (B) Pulmonary valve after repair with bicuspidization technique. Complete bicuspidization performed by suturing aortic side three leaflets (left and right semilunar leaflets, including hypoplastic leaflet) and two anterior leaflets as new leaflets with 6-0 Prolene running sutures.
