PROBLEM: Long term federal, state and local budget constraints will result in fewer dollars for procurement of new school buses at historical replacement rates. SOLUTION: MMA developed a comprehensive program to cost-effectively extend the service life of school buses. GOAL: Off-set budget cuts by offering School Superintendents viable, economical solutions to impending school bus shortages.

Complete separation of the body from the frame (Conventional style only)
Pressure wash thoroughly and perform further vehicle inspections, document accordingly
Repair corrosion deficiencies (steps, cross ribs, wheel wells, etc)
Blast, prime & paint frame
Prep, prime and paint body. SLEP services will restore the body and frame of the bus to “like new” condition.
Apply anti-corrosion undercoating to the frame and undercarriage

MMA will enter Vehicle Identification data into Transfinder software along with applicable documentation after completion of refurbishment
