Establishment of the Platform Composition of the Platform Members: National authorities of all MS and the Commission Observers: EU level social partners, Eurofound, EU-OSHA, ILO, EEA states

3 General provisions 2 Objective - Better enforcement of EU and national law, emergence of formal jobs, integration in the labour market and social inclusion by: Improving cooperation between different enforcement authorities Improving technical capacity to tackle cross-border aspects Increasing public awareness on the urgency of action

4 Mission and tasks 1 Mission Exchange best practices and information
Develop expertise and analysis Coordinate cross-border operational actions

5 Mission and tasks 2 Tasks Improve the knowledge of UDW
Develop the analysis of effectiveness of measures Establish tools, such as the Knowledge Bank Adopt guidelines, handbooks, common principles Develop forms of cooperation to increase the technical capacity to tackle cross-border aspects of UDW

6 Mission and tasks 3 Examine ways to improve data sharing
Develop permanent training capacity Organise peer reviews Increase awareness of the problem by carrying out common activities such as European Campaigns and EU-wide strategies

7 Functioning of the Platform 1
Single Point of Contact 1 member + 1 alternative Provide CION with the list of all enforcement authorities Single Point of Contac will liaise with all enforcement authorities

8 Functioning of the Platform 2
Representatives of the EU level social partners Max. 8 observers cross-industry level Max. 10 observers from sectors with high incidence

9 Functioning of the Platform 3
Operation Adoption of rules of procedure Two-year work programme Establishment of working groups Secretariat provided by the Commission Regular information about the activities of the Platform to the European Parliament and the Council

10 Functioning of the Platform 4
Cooperation With relevant EU level expert groups and committees (SLIC, Expert Committee on Posting of Workers, Administrative Commission for Social Security Coordination, EMCO, SPC, Working Group on Administrative Cooperation in the field of Taxation) Joint meetings can be organised
