52 Inspiring Learning Everywhere
Curriki helps teachers inspire learning in their students and inspires students to learn more every day. The Curriki library hosts thousands of educator-vetted, openly licensed, online educational materials that teachers, educators, or other professionals have created and have made freely available to others for use, reuse, adaptation, and sharing. Students and teachers use Curriki Groups to collaborate on projects, curriculum development, and district initiatives. – Groups can be public or private. – Private groups are entirely private and secure. – Share files without sending bulky attachments. The library is all shared material licensed by the contributors with Creative Commons Licenses that allow for the sharing of the materials for educational purposes. Materials that are shared in this way on Curriki and elsewhere are called Open Educational Resources or OER. Curriki offers thousands of vetted, curated resources for educators, students and parents. Its innovative design allows for quick and efficient searches for curated collections, units, or courses to save valuable planning time. Members can save any resource to their private Curriki Library for quick and easy access to those resources at a later time. Many resources are already aligned to standards and with our new tools, it is even easier to add those alignments to your contributed resources. Community The Curriki community is as diverse as the world itself. Members from every country around the world have come together on this platform to share, collaborate, and connect in order to make the best teaching and learning materials universally accessible and useful. Members are invited to go even deeper by working together in collaborative workspaces, called Curriki Groups.
