3. Jurisdiction Regulatory Requirements

California Cities and Counties
What do they have to do?
Implement Commercial Recycling Program that:
Conducts education & outreach to inform businesses of requirements
Monitors to identify businesses that are NOT recycling and inform them of requirements
Reports annually to CalRecycle via the Electronic Annual Report (EAR)
