History The person who discovered Uranus was sir William Herschel. He discovered Uranus from a large telescope, William Herschel used a largest telescope. He discovered Uranus from Virginia. He was the first person to find a planet through a telescope at that time. Then in 1977 James Elliot discovered Uranus’s rings. URANUS SYMBOL

Moons Uranus has 27 moons. They are Ariel Miranda , Oberon, Umbriel, Cupid, Puck, Margret, Caliban, Juliet, Ophelia, Desdema, Binaca, Stephano, Mab, Propero, Prospero, Portia, Cordelia, Trinculo, Ferdinand, Cressida, Belinda, Rosalind, Sycorax, Perdita, and Setebos.
