2. Design Couples were evaluated for ART (HSG/hyst., EP, sperm etc.)
Oocytes were retrieved, evalutaed for maturation and ICSI performed.
Fertilization was checked after hours.
Cleavage was observed and embryos were transfered after 48 or 72 hours.
HCG or progesteron was used for luteal support.
HCG was evaluated on the 12 day of ET (pregnancy was defined as HCG levels over 50mIU/ml).
Clinical pregnancy has been defined as gestational sac by US.
