Cytokine and chemokine expression of flucloxacillin-specific T cell clones (TCC) of patient P1. TCC were stimulated with anti-CD3 and anti-CD28 antibodies, and IL-4 (A), IL-5 (B), IFN-γ (C), TNF-α (D), and CXCL8 (E) secretion was measured by ELISA. Each bar represents the cytokine secretion by one TCC, with the name of the clone given on the y axis.
