Make nomination forms and endorsements online using MGA’s Fluid Review s/w
All sections submit their winners directly to R6 Awards chair
Some new awards will be added that flow into MGA and IEEE-USA awards program
Require 2 endorsements for awards to individuals

Main effort from June 15 – Sept 15 for hours in total
Asks from R6 Awards Chair to each section
Have an awards program – minimum 1 award
Have up-to-date website with an awards page
Goal: 3 nominations for outstanding small section; 5 for outstanding large

2. 2017 R6 and MGA Awards Dates
May 15 – submit R6 nominations to section/subsection
May 15 – small section and large section nominations submitted online to MGA
June 15 – list of section award winners sent to R6 Awards Chair
Oct 15 – MGA awards for individuals submitted online to MGA
