San Diego, July 2006 15WNG process from ideas to a new TG project New ideas are presented in the 15WNG Further discussions on the intentions and SG criteria by reflector, phone conference and WNG meetings. Check that the criteria for starting a SG are fulfilled. If not the work item can be discarded or kept for further investigations / discussions. Create a motion to the WG to start a SG to be approved by a straw poll. All attendees have voting rights. The WG to approve the SG motion. The SG charter is to produce the PAR and 5C documents required by IEEE-SA to approve a new TG. Erik Schylander, Philips
