INTRODUCTION STRF: 50m reflection line with dx=1.0m
STRL: 150m reflection line with dx=3.0m
2
DATA ACQUISITION 50m long reflection line, with 48 geophone groups spaced with dx=1.0m. 10, 15lb sledgehammer hits were stacked at every other source point. Relative to the 150m line, line extends from x=60m to x=110m. 150m long reflection line. 48 geophone groups are evenly space with dx=3.0m. There are six geophones per group. 10, 15lb sledgehammer hits were stacked at each channel.

PROCESSING Constant NMO velocity of 1200 m/s.
Only one strong reflector observed in the constant velocity stacks. Stolt Migration is a form of time migration, which relocates seismic events to their true subsurface locations. Migration techniques allow for more accurate images of subsurface geology.

CONCLUSIONS Reflection and refraction data indicates 30-60m wide fault zone. Reflection images show a normal fault dipping at approximately 75o E. Many diffractions observed in the 1m line, showing the broken and fractured fault zone. Depth to bedrock is approximately 40m.
