3 Employee Profile What follows now is the Employee Profile wherein your existing Employee records are maintained.

4 Personal Details of the Employee such as his address, telephone no., passport details, etc.

5 Official details of the Employee such as his Designation, Department, Grade, Officer to whom he should report to, etc. are also maintained.

6 Family details of the Employee are maintained, which keeps track of the number of dependant people in his/her family and this comes handy during Medical Reimbursement if and when claimed.

7 Qualification Details of the employee are kept here.

8 Work Experience details are maintained which includes his previous Employers, salary drawn and Important projects handled and Skills.

9 Extracurricular Activities/ Awards if received by the Employee in his past work history can be kept here.

10 Employee Transfer / Promotion / Demotion is handled through this form.

11 Applications Let us see how the various Applications for Leave, Medical Reimbursement, Loan, Conveyance are done by the employees in the HR Pro software

29 During Payslip generation, flexibility has been provided that the user can add certain earnings/ deductions for that particular month for an Employee, other than the ones defined in his Salary structure.
