3 Divide into small groups
Receive handout with 10 scenarios — choose one scenario to work through Read your scenario and decide as a group how it should be resolved Report out your scenario and thoughts to the larger group Facilitators Notes: Distribute the handout on X page of this manual. You can either let the groups self-select which scenario to work on, or you can assign each group a different scenario. Give each group about 5 minutes to read and discuss the scenario, then have them report out about their situation and resolution to the larger group, allowing other groups to comment, agree/disagree, ask questions, etc. The report out/discussion piece will be the most substantial part of this activity. Participants will only have copies of their own case study. You or someone from each small group will need to read the scenario before reporting out on each scenario. On the following pages in the Facilitator’s Guide you will find the answers to the case scenarios which will aid you in the facilitated discussion to ensure participants are leaving the discussion with accurate information.
