Air moves from West to East across Canada. It does shift North or South as can be seen by the baby blue line. (Jet stream) Above the line there is cooler air and below there is warmer air. High Pressure systems have few clouds (air is moving down) Low Pressure systems have more cloud (air is moving upwards) Cooler Warmer
