2. The Buliding
Was a united states federal government complex located at 200 N.W. 5th street in downtown Oklahoma city, Oklahoma.
It was bombed On April 19, 1995 at 9:02 a.m.

3. The bombing
The bombing which happened at 9:02 a.m. On April 19, 1995 killed 168 people, 19 of those people were children. Also injuring hundreds.
The blast destroyed and damaged 324 buildings within a sixteen-block radius, destroyed and burned 86 cars, and shattered glass in 258 nearby buildings.

4. Timothy McVeigh
90 minutes after bombing Timothy McVeigh was stopped by local state trooper who arrested him on a firearms charge.
A few days after that he was charged with the bombing.
He was guilty on 11 counts of murder and conspiracy on June 2, 1996.

5. More about McVeigh McVeigh was executed June 11, 2001 (age 33)
Execution was by lethal injection.
He hoped to inspire a revolt against what he considered to be a tyrannical federal government.
In 1994 and 1995 Timothy McVeigh conspired with Terry Nichols in the planning and preparation of the Oklahoma City bombing.

6. Year 2000
In 2000 the Oklahoma national memorial was dedicated. It costs $29 million and is set on three acres of land, with a reflecting pool and 168 chairs. 149 big chairs that represent the adults and 19 chairs that represent the children.
