myProject feeds data into other systems and databases, so it is important that you keep the information in myProject fresh.
For example, the data that is in myProject is exported to:

3. Who updates the data?
Some data is updated by the system automatically upon a process running.
Some data is updated by users who do some action in the system. Some examples include:
