Ideas: Video structural description (VSD) aims at parsing video content into the text information, which uses spatiotemporal segmentation, feature selection, object recognition, and semantic web technology.

3. Main Contributions
A whole framework for building domain ontology of VSD is proposed. The VSD model builds the basic concepts, events, and relations of a given domain. Moreover, a rule construction standard which is domain independent is used to construct domain ontologies.
