5. Introduction to STEP 1 – Define your services portfolio
In STEP 1 of this exercise you will identify the kind of services you can offer and define your portfolio:
A consultant can offer different types of services depending of the demands of the customers and stakeholders, activity sectors and of course his/her skills
A multipliers can also be part of the organisation he/ she is working for
The main services sectors are: environmental technical or strategical support, financial or business support, formation or dialogue and mediation

9. Introduction to STEP 2 – Define your target customers sectors
State-own organization/ nonprofit organization, local, regional, state, national public authorities, international organizations
In STEP 2 of this exercise you will identifiy your main clients and their sectors.
There are two different types of customers: the public sector and non-profit sector and the private sector
To define your key activity sectors, you can categorize them into 4 main types of activity sectors
