Serve infants & toddlers (8 weeks to 35 months of age) and pregnant females;
Provide preschool services to 3, 4 and 5 year old children;

Provide individualizED services for children TO meet THEIR NEEDS;
Provide a comprehensive health program WHICH INCLUDES screenings and treatment services in areas of medical, dental, vision, hearing, speech/language AND EDUCATION;
Provide child mental health services to AID CHILDREN IN DEVELOPING APPROPRIATE social and emotional development SKILLS;
Provide two balanced meals and a snack each day;
Ensure that children with SPECIAL NEEDS receive a free and appropriate education as REQUIRED by law; AND
