Reminder about Student Travel guidance from the March 9 meeting – will get this added as a separate document for reference so it’s easier to find.
Procurement and Procard edit forms – current forms in the IBU include the statement of supporting the grant aims as approved by SPA.
SRAS staff to receive training on PBC in July – will help with understanding encumbrances on the PI Reports which is the source of most questions.

2. Financial Conflict of Interest
Proposal Concerns -- not all guidance is the same even amongst federal sponsors, more individuals may need to disclose, compliance at proposal stage rather than award.
Current FCOI covers UKHC and Research –- more types of activity are considered a conflict, e.g., any travel supported from non-UK funds.
