Gantry experiences
The pre and post assembly hybrid ARC test done on the first 100 modules showed no effects on the original behaviour of the hybrids after assembly then a sample basis ARC test were decided on the outcoming unbonded modules
8 bad hybrids were discarded over 426
No problems for a normal 8 module/day production
A variable flux of all the incoming componets, prevented to test extensiveley a full assembly regime (12 modules/day)
Shipping of the unbonded modules to Florence,Catania and Torino Bonding centres was done with no problems (via DHL) after small corrections on the foam of the transportation boxes
