Unlawful Restraint – physical or chemical to restrain individual
Neglect – failure by caregiver to provide basic care with negative outcome
Abandonment – willfully leaving someone (away from home), risk of harm
Sexual – sexual contact without consent, exposing to explicit material
Physical – any injury by other than accidental means
Involuntary Seclusion – confining to an area or restricting communication
Emotional/Verbal – threatening/causing harm through verbal conduct
Self Neglect – lack of capacity and danger to self or others
