Develop and share strategies for financing robust system of IECMH: assessment, diagnosis, and treatment services Develop and share strategies for communicating IECMH messages to Medicaid and other policy makers Create and implement state action plans

Actively participate in monthly TA calls with ZTT TA specialist from June, 2018 to May, 2019 Create a report of the convening highlighting discussions, presentations, challenges and potential solutions Disseminate brief report summarizing state teams accomplishments/progress
