5 What I like. & What I didn't like about these books.
The books have people who doubt and judge a lot for the main character The books were short There is always a happy ending What I liked about these books. It starts with a problem The characters are somewhat clever Friendships are made by problems between characters

6 Recommendation I recommend you read these books especially if you like books with happy endings. I would also recommend other books by this author because they are quick and easy and would get you the same satisfaction as a bigger book. If you like to read there are plenty of books made by this author for you to enjoy

7 Characters This author tends to write about characters who doubt themselves and are very curious. For example Phil was wondering why another kid had the same kind of jacket as his brother >>(THE JACKET). Nick was curious about how he could make a new word >>(FRINDLE). Nora A girl who doubted her intelligence and lacked self esteem>>(THE REPORT CARD. That is mostly how my author represents his characters in his books i”ve read.

8 Universal Issues/ Themes
The Jacket- Don’t assume things you don't know about Ex. Phil thought Daniel stole the jacket from his brother but it turns out Phil’s mom donated the jacket to their housekeeper who is daniel’s grandmother. The Report Card- Never doubt yourself Ex. Nora is a girl who does not do her work at a full potential at one point when she worked hard enough she got a good grade. Frindle- Nobody can bring you down Ex. Nick wanted to make a new word and he tried his hardest even with his teacher, the strictest english teacher teaching him.

9 Andrew’s Writing Style
Andrew tends to write in 3rd person The characters in the book end up having a happy ending and usually make new friends and have a great if not okay life. All of this author’s books are about little kids never adults. His writing is positive No bad language
