1 Open issues 3 bis12, 20, 25, 26 bis, 30, 31 and 33 O.I. 12 (EV) :
O.I. 3bis : To consider the following proposal from ACEA discussed after the DTP_E-lab meeting at Stockholm : see the changes in red color to be discussed for final statement O.I. 12 (EV) : for WLTC capability : ACEA decision = preliminary agreement for the exceedance of 4 sec and more as a break off criteria and to confirm or not it during the validation phase 2 ; What does mean : « The vehicle which can not drive the driving cycle shall be viewed as out of charge”. Remark : to keep in mind that we have to hadle this O.I. for PHEV as well

2 Open issues 3 bis12, 20, 25, 26 bis, 30, 31 and 33 O.I. 20 : not complete position yet Agreement on CD test principle as generally described but need further work to complete the details. To use some parts of the US-EPA method : sequential UF by phasis/or cycle as to be examined End of test criteria : criteria to be defined based on the NEC O.I. 25 : ok for NEC criteria and wait for validation phase 2 to establish the value. O.I. 26 bis : to ask the japanese governement to provide existing data (over NMVEG, JC08, FTP-75, …) in order to show the relationship or not between RCB and pollutant emissions ?

3 Open issues 3 bis12, 20, 25, 26 bis, 30, 31 and 33 O.I. 30
To present a list of possible definitions of electric consumption as per distance criteria (AER, EAER, Rcdc, Rcda) To propose to measure and calculate these Electric consumptions for different categories of electrified vehicles during validation phase 2 in order to discuss pros and cons before decision. O.I. 31 Deletion of NOVC HEV consideration This O.I. is part of the big question related to the « lower power vehicle » to be raised at the DTP level. O.I. 33 - For OVC HEV, a priori the concept of default mode developped in ICE group is not transposable and to keep the ECE concept (the most electric consuming mode to best match the driving curve in CD test and the most fuel consuming mode to best match the driving curve in CS test), irrespective of the presence of a default mode if any. This preliminary statement has to be confirmed during the validation phase 2 (to check the relevance of such an approach ). For NOVC HEV : ICE proposal is transposable. E-lab can support ICE group decision for applications without default mode for NOVC HEV. For EVs : to keep the ECE concept to evaluate electric range and electric consumption (the mode to best match the driving curve in CD test, irrespective of the presence of a default mode if any)
