For example: LPA identifies any unusual score patterns and alerts the counsellor to these LPA also enables you to translate client competencies into psychometric profiles - either directly or in response to the built-in Factor Analysis on the Statistics Menu. These become customised Management Themes LPA also allows you to integrate the results from the MCPA measure of capability
