2. Click on Manage Forms

3. Click on EDIT on Research Plan

4. Research Plan:
Copy and paste the corresponding items from your research plan here and save.

5. Project Safety Consideration:
Click on Edit on Project Safety Consideration. Check whatever is applicable. You may choose none of above on both parts if there is not needed. But you can’t leave it blank. Save it at last.

6. Project Experiment Site:
Click on Edit on Project Experiment Site. Check whatever is applicable. You can’t leave it blank. Save it at last.

7. Download Forms for approval:
Form 1 – by team leader – teacher’s signature
Form 1A- individual or team – by individual or team leader (Make sure all members’ names are there.)
Form 1B – All individual are required. Student and Parent signature only. Leave others blank.
Upload Completed and Signed Forms:
All need to be scanned as PDF and upload back to the site. (Team leader would do this for all the forms)
Submit:
Once everything, make sure to double if all the status are complete on the above BEFORE SUBMIT.
Once SUBMIT, the steps are finalized!
