2 Important Information
School begins: 11:55am Art Class 2:10pm-2:40pm (Monday) Computer Class 1:35pm-2:05pm (Tuesday & Thursday) Library 2:10pm-2:40pm (Every other Tuesday) School ends: 3:25pm

4 Student Expectations Come to class on time and ready to learn!
Be focused and alert in class. Participate in class. Respect their teacher and classmates, in and out of school. Bring school folder back to school everyday. Bring homework back when assigned. Bring a quick and healthy lunch to school everyday.

7 Homework Homework will be assigned on a need be basis.
For example, if a student is struggling with a particular concept or strategy, reinforcement will be sent home. Please work with your student on the concept, and feel free to send the work back to school with the student for me to check. If you feel that your student is struggling with something at home, please reach out and I will work in school with the student as well as sending reinforcement home.

9 Behavior System Green= Raises hand, listens to the teacher, listens to classmates, cleans up after themselves, uses classroom manners, etc. Yellow= Talking on the carpet or at desk, ignoring the teacher, not following the rules, etc. Red= Multiple warnings have been ignored, constant talking or negative behavior. Parent contact via or phone will be done if the student has a red day. Each day the student will start the class with a green card, regardless of how the day prior went. In order for the student to stay on green, they must display “green student” actions. These actions have been described and modeled throughout the first week of school.
