1 Importing 12fps Video in After Effects
Stop Motion Instructions

2 Open AE and select “New Composition” under the Composition tab

3 Change the settings to the following

4 Right click and go to “Import” then “File”

5 Select the first picture and make sure JPEG Sequence is checked at the bottom
Make sure all the pictures are in the same folder with no other pictures other than those for your stop motion!

6 Right click the file and go to Interprete Footage and then click Main

7 Change the highlighted box to say 12 then click OK

8 Drag the file down into the composition timeline and you’re ready to go

9 Exporting You can then add the composition to the render queue, export it, and then import it into Premiere if you want to edit it there.
