23 CLUB GUIDE In the same way the District Membership guide is a tool to assist Districts, the club guide is a tool to assist clubs in creating a club membership & retention plan.

24 CLUB GUIDE To be effective, the guide must be put in the hands of the club officers & the club membership chair (CMC).

25 CLUB GUIDE Club membership chairs must then use the tool to create a S.A.M.G & a Plan for the club.

26 CLUB GUIDE Once a plan is adopted by the club, the District Membership Chair and the District Membership Committee must hold the club accountable by holding monthly progress meetings. committed to

27 CLUB GUIDE At a minimum, each club should adopt a S.A.M.G, a growth plan & a retention plan. It need not be complicated or lengthy, just every goal must have a series of tasks to accomplishes goal.

28 CLUB GUIDE In the monthly progress meetings with the CMC, the District membership committee member works to praise success and assist the CMC in overcoming club obstacles and challenges.
