31 First Cut Goals We Envision a Community That: Promotes economic development for appropriate balance land uses Manages growth to minimize negative impacts Maintains/preserves open character, wooded areas and green space. Creates a town center to promote an identifiable community identity. Has sewer and water system for entire Township. Promotes environmentally sustainable land use, transportation and construction practices.
