5 Materials and methods Patients
March 2001 ~ December 2015, Retrospective review Konyang University Hospital, Daejeon, Korea Total 279 patients treated with laparoscopic CBD exploration Exclusion Total 24 patients Intrahepatic duct (IHD) stones : 19 patients Combine operation : 3 patients CBD exploration undergone in other hospitals : 2 patients

12 Conclusion According to our results, patients who have multiple stones and previous EST were statistically significant higher recurrent rates after laparoscopic CBD exploration of CBD stones So, these patients should be considered careful observation and necessary long term follow up
