Have your child use a planner.
Monitor organization and time management skills.
Check teacher websites.
Check backpacks every evening to ensure all items needed for the following day have been packed.
Ask Questions….about the class, projects, etc… It’s a good way to gauge your child’s understanding and monitor both their organization and time management.
Provide a good study area at home…it is best to be away from the TV, phone or any other distractions.
