W/O it you are letting the judge put arguments where ever they want.

Novice fail to sign post and judge has no clue where to apply the arguments.
Novice miss important arguments (DROP THEM)
Drop and argument- means you agree w/it
Allows you to explain why the evidence applies and counters their claims.
Too often novice just read cards and don’t SLEE, it is like two ships passing in the night or I think you have NO CLUE what you are saying

If you fail to argue a claim brought in the speech before you it means you agree to it.
1AR must cover all the Neg Block.

12. In real world Allows you to counter arguments in a logical progression
Allows those listening to you to easily follow
Allows for you to explain what was argued, your argument, and why that is important.
You don’t want people to think! Make the decision easy for them!
