Source of all life and health and love, we come before you with contrite hearts. No matter how hard we try, we end up doing what we know is wrong

18 and we neglect to do what we know is right
and we neglect to do what we know is right. And if we are honest, often we don’t even try very hard. Soften our hardened hearts, O God, that we might be capable of receiving your

19 message of love and reconciliation

Know your risk factors for heart disease. Talk to your doctor about how to lower your risk for heart disease. Have your blood pressure regularly checked.
