8 How to Get Started Step 1 Branch contacts TWFG for pre-approval of Acquisition or Working Capital request Step 2 TWFG performs analysis on Seller and Branch performance Step 3 TWFG develops offer price (value between 1 – 2 x) *Steps 2 & 3 for Acquisitions only Step 5 Upon receipt of completed application and PFS, OSF loan officer to price the loan Step 4 Once TWFG approves the purchase, Branch agent contacts OSF to complete loan application

13 Acquisition Loan Guidelines
TWFG’s 20% buy-in will be processed as part of the capital transaction. TWFG will remit to Oak Street Funding as part of the loan closing and funds will be used as part of the payment to the seller lowering the amortized loan balance. Note: Each loan will require 5% down payment. 5% Down Payment 20% TWFG 75% Oak Street Funding

14 Working Capital-Loan Guidelines
WC Loans – would require reference of good standing from TWFG (similar to reference from Master Agent for MGA’s) WC Loans – Not to exceed 50% of Branch revenue
