3. Flywheel Selection Flywheel Selection
Option 1: Commercial Flywheel -
Lighter than stock flywheels available (saves manufacturing and design time)
Lighter (~8lb) & Lower moment of inertia
Starter teeth can be machined off
Expensive (~$400)

4. Flywheel Selection Flywheel Selection
Option 2: Custom Flywheel -
No starter teeth
Possibly cheaper than commercially available parts
Possibly lighter than commercially available parts
* Need to measure stock flywheel – design custom flywheel to determine feasibility
