Agree to establish National Youth Agency with all key stakeholders
Propose approach to Government leaders (DWP / BIS / DPM/ Cabinet office)
Agree Terms of reference, governance ,funding, and key deliverables
Set up as Not for Profit/CiC with Government backing
Board to include leaders from CBI / BCC / F4Y / W4Y / PRIMES / SFA / Govt
Chair to be appointed immediately on an acting basis with a mandate to recruit a board and CEO and Non Execs in 6months
Launch with stakeholder support
Follow up with specific projects rolled out
